We appreciated the fact that we chose kirara resort kanku. Honestly nothing bothered us. 25 mins by car from the airport. Best base for city break in Izumiotsu...

The staff speak very little English, or they choose to say they don't understand English when confronted with questions they don't like to answer.

Shuttle bus facility was good but needed more publicity, though we found out from the tourist office at Kansai Airport where the shuttle bus would leave from and when. The breakfast was excellent value with stunning views.

The only food available in the hotel in the evening was in the Japanese restaurant which proved slightly too pricey.

We had a nice stay here with our family. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the beautiful night view of the city from our window on the 11th floor. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was only a 10-minute walk to nearby convenience stores like Family Mart, Lawson, and 7 Eleven. Additionally, there were free shuttle bus services available. We appreciated the free shuttle bus that took us to Kansai International Airport, which departed three times in the morning. There was also a shuttle bus that ran every 30 minutes from the train station to the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is a bit isolated and it takes 20-30 minutes to walk to the nearest train station. there is a helpful shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the station and Kansai airport. the nearby harbour is a pleasant spot for a walk. Rooms are clean and functional, with comfortable beds and bathrooms that have all the necessities and more. the friendly staff try their best to accommodate language barriers.

The restaurants in the hotel close early at 10PM.

This hotel offered a romantic escape for my partner and me. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the surrounding area. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to choose from. the location provided us with easy access to nearby attractions.

One downside to this hotel was the limited shuttle service to the airport, which was only available in the morning. We had to find alternative transportation for our late afternoon flight.
